As they expand, we are looking for a talented Field Marketing Manager to join the small core team and drive engagement, lead generation, and customer acquisition through on-the-ground marketing efforts.


Role Overview:

As the Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing targeted regional marketing programs designed to build brand awareness, drive lead generation, and contribute to sales pipeline growth. You will work closely with the sales, product marketing, and demand generation teams to align marketing activities with business goals and ensure seamless execution across markets.


Key Responsibilities:

Event Management: Plan, organise, and execute regional field marketing events such as trade shows, conferences, webinars, roadshows, and executive roundtables.


Campaign Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated campaigns that align with sales objectives, including email, social media, and direct marketing.


Lead Generation: Work with sales to ensure marketing-generated leads are properly qualified and follow a seamless lead flow to sales.


Marketing Tech: Experience of Hubspot would be hugely advantageous.


Budget Management: Manage field marketing budgets, ensuring optimal use of resources and tracking ROI from campaigns and events.


Market Intelligence: Collect and analyse feedback from the field to inform marketing and sales strategies, including competitor insights and customer preferences.


Reporting & Metrics: Track, measure, and report on the performance of field marketing initiatives, including event attendance, lead generation, and sales impact.


Key Qualifications:

Experience: 4+ years of field marketing experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS or tech environment. Experience in a growth-stage company is a plus.


Strategic & Tactical Skills: Ability to develop strategic marketing plans while also executing tactical elements of campaigns and events.


Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong track record of working closely with sales, product marketing, and other teams.


Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver clear and compelling messages to multiple audiences.


Data-Driven: Ability to analyse data, measure campaign performance, and make informed decisions based on insights.


Event Management: Proven experience in managing both physical and virtual events, including logistics, vendor coordination, and attendee engagement.


Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities.


Tech Savvy: Proficient in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
