Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for creating vibrant workspaces? We have an exciting role for you Our client are a co-working community business and they are currently coordinating the activities leading up to the opening of one of their new workspace in Wood Green, London.



Role Overview:


As the Project Manager, you'll be at the heart of our new workspace project, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. This hybrid role will see you working onsite at Wood Green, from home, and across other workspaces as needed.



Responsibilities:


  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise efficiently with site owners, team members, suppliers, and specialist advisors.
  • Reporting: Monitor and report against KPIs, drawing up detailed reports as specified in the contract with the site landowner.
  • Facilities Management: Set up contractors for security and cleaning, ensure compliance with H&S requirements, manage access and keys, and maintain a safe environment for members and staff.
  • Sales Support: Record and manage agreements, update leasing calendars, and maintain onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Finance Management: Set up payment methods, manage occupier details on Xero, handle billing inquiries, and report financial KPIs.
  • Community Engagement: Create community-related site signage, manage mailing lists, and source descriptions for occupiers.



What We’re Looking For:


  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Project Management roles, with relevant qualifications and certification. Property management or construction experience is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong stakeholder management, IT proficiency, organizational skills, and budget management.
