We are seeking an experienced Beauty Therapist with expertise in laser treatments, EBDs, and advanced skin care to join our dynamic team.


Role Overview:

As a Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for providing bespoke skin and laser treatments tailored to each client’s unique needs. Using state-of-the-art laser and energy-based devices, you will help clients achieve their aesthetic goals while ensuring a luxury experience from consultation to follow-up.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a range of skin care treatments, including laser and energy-based device (EBD) services, with precision and professionalism.
  • Consult with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that achieve desired results while enhancing their overall skin health.
  • Operate and maintain advanced aesthetic devices safely, adhering to clinic protocols and industry standards.
  • Educate clients on skincare routines and product recommendations to complement their treatment plans.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in aesthetics, devices, and skincare to ensure clients receive cutting-edge treatments.
  • Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized treatment environment that reflects our high standards of care.
  • Support clinic goals by promoting treatments, products, and services that benefit both clients and the clinic.


Key Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 4 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent certification.
  • Proven experience in a high-end or medical aesthetics setting, with expertise in laser and energy-based device (EBD) treatments.
  • In-depth knowledge of skin care principles, products, and advanced treatment techniques.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering a luxury client experience.
  • Professional, polished demeanor with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team, supporting the clinic’s goals and collaborating with colleagues.
  • Flexibility to work clinic hours, including some weekends or evenings as needed.
