We are partnering exclusively with a rapidly expanding IT Managed Services Provider that is making waves in the industry. As part of their exciting growth journey, they are seeking an experienced and driven IT Project Manager to oversee a significant programme of work.


This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented IT Project Manager who is passionate about technology and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will be responsible for managing complex IT infrastructure projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and external vendors, to drive project success and meet client expectations. It is important you have a strong, proven track record of working for an IT Managed Service provider to be considered for the role as well as exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of multiple IT infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all project deliverables are met.
  • Create detailed technical documentation and reports, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Utilize your expertise in the Microsoft estate to guide the project team in implementing best practices and solutions.
  • Engage in risk management, identifying potential issues early and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring a collaborative and positive working environment.
  • Support networking-related tasks, providing valuable input based on your experience in networking technologies.


What We’re Looking For:


  • Proven track record in managing IT infrastructure projects, with experience in creating robust project plans and technical documentation.
  • In-depth understanding of the Microsoft estate, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, and Office 365.
  • Networking knowledge is highly desirable, particularly with LAN/WAN configurations, switches, routers, and firewalls.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive project success.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing project requirements.


Salary: £50-60k per annum, reflecting your skills and experience.


Location: Based in Kent, you’ll spend on average 4 days per week in the office with the flexibility of some home working.
