Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Engagement and Relationship Building:
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients in the Aviation, Automotive, and Logistics sectors.
  • Understand their unique recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions to fulfill their requirements.
  1. Candidate Sourcing and Management:
  • Utilize your network and industry knowledge to source and attract top talent in the specified sectors.
  • Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments to ensure a perfect fit for both clients and candidates.
  1. Strategic Business Development:
  • Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within our specialized sectors.
  • Present our agency as the recruitment partner of choice and showcase our expertise in the industry.
  1. Market Research and Analysis:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market demands to proactively adapt our recruitment strategies.
  • Provide market insights to clients, positioning our agency as a thought leader in the sectors we specialize in.


Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Recruitment Consultant, particularly within Aviation, Automotive, or Logistics.
  • Motivation and Drive: Ambitious and goal-oriented mindset with a hunger for success and achievement.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with exceptional negotiation abilities.
  • Relationship Building: A talent for building lasting relationships with clients and candidates, fostering trust and collaboration.
