Ankor Pilates was founded by Zoe Fairlamb, who suffered from chronic lower back pain for a decade following a severe horse riding accident. She made it her mission to help others suffering in pain. Over the past 7 years the business has successfully helped 1000s of members heal their back pain.
Looking ahead to 2025, Ankor Pilates has ambitious plans to grow, aiming to surpass 300 members in Q1 and potentially doubling its locations by Q3/Q4.
To assist with their growth, Ankor Pilates are looking for a full time Duty Manager to help across all sides of the business: customer service, sales, marketing, admin and operations.
We are looking for someone with 2+ years experience in a professional environment, ideally with some knowledge of customer service, sales and marketing.
Experience:
- 2+ years experience using professional tools (google drive, slack, CRM and email marketing)
- High level of attention to detail
- Great organisation skills, ability to prioritise and manage a variety of tasks effectively
The position is fully remote (with a slight preference for the candidate living in London).
Working hours are 10am-6pm Monday - Friday with some flexibility.
Responsibilities:
Sales and enquiries
- Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, email and telephone in a timely manner
- Send reminder WhatsApp’s to people booked onto intro sessions
- Send follow up sales messages to people who have attended intro sessions
Customer Service
- Help members change bookings
- Respond to cancellation requests
Marketing
- Create and schedule email marketing campaigns
- Schedule social media posts
Operations
- Help with arranging cover teachers
- Liaise with teachers, venues
- Improve operational processes
Growth
- Assist with expansion plans
- Implement processes and procedures
- Research venues
