We are currently recruiting for a leading property management company, for the role of Duty Manager. It’s an exciting opportunity to work for a company renowned for their award-winning expertise, they provide top-tier property management services as they transform places and experiences.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage and lead your team to ensure high standards across the development
  • Participate in the recruitment and development of your team, ensuring all standard operating procedures and HR policies are followed
  • Collaborate with other site team members to oversee contract/contractor management routines, ensuring contracts are effectively implemented
  • Support asset management routines
  • Assist in the mobilisation process, including liaising with clients, support teams, and stakeholders involved in site mobilisation
  • Take ownership of Health & Safety at the development
  • Collaborate with team members, clients, support teams, contractors, and customers to maintain high standards of health & safety and risk management
  • Support the wider team with the ongoing financial management of the development


Main Skills/ Requirements:

  • Shift work: 4 days on, 4 days off 7am - 7pm
  • Proven experience in managing and motivating a team
  • Skilled in recruiting, training, and developing team members
  • Experience in managing contracts and coordinating with contractors.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Health & Safety practices and risk management.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work with internal and external stakeholders
  • Knowledge of financial processes related to property management
  • Proactive approach to handling issues and ensuring smooth operations
