the role |

here at wagamama, we have an aspirational suite of brand plans for the year ahead, with projects spanning from launching a new loyalty app, trialling a brunch proposition, overhauling our retail packaging design, and collaborating with a number of gen-z icons. to execute these plans, we’re looking for a passionate + proactive brand specialist to join our marketing team on the journey to drive forward our brand zeitgeist, deliver best in class campaigns, and ensure wagamama remains totally relevant in food + culture


key responsibilities I


  • work alongside the head of brand activation + marketing director on key strategic initiatives, including: national menu launches, deliveroo joint brand plans, student campaigns, and retail activations
  • craft, deliver, and own the 2025 student marketing strategy to disrupt the market and culturally connect with our noodle union community
  • drive demand + growth of the delivery channel by successfully executing the marketing strategy and joint brand plans, including: deliveroo exclusive NPDs and october menu launch
  • collaborate with the menu team for each menu launch and lead the collateral process from creating compelling names + descriptions and bringing to life the new menu items onto to delivery to restaurants
  • re-launch the wagamama retail proposition to drive growth, including both product development + campaign activation
  • custodian of the brand guidelines, supporting partners (internal + external) to ensure all comms execution is on brand
