Our client is a giant within their sector and with plans for growth and progression this is an exciting time to be a part of their business. This will be a new store opening for this business in Leeds projected turnover is circa £30 million plus, and so you will need to be currently operating at a Senior Store Manager or Assistant Manager level to be considered, running large square footage store or multi site - a luxury fashion, accessories, footwear or beauty background is also highly advantageous.

The role

To be our clients new Assistant Manager, you will be a hands on, commercial and results driven manager who has a passion for coaching and developing your teams, combined with a drive for delivering world class customer experience.

As a Assistant Manager, your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Driving the customer experience through your leadership and sales teams
  • Delivering sales and ensuring site profitability
  • Training, coaching and developing your team
  • Maintaining company and brand standards as well as adhering to health and safety guidelines
  • Achieving store and company key performance indicators
  • Keeping up to date with current trends, including competitor analysis

The package

The salary on offer for this appointment is up to £40,000 per annum dependent upon experience, plus bonus and various other company benefits which would take earnings north of £48,000 per year
