Your role

As Head of Transformation and Change, you will lead and manage cross-functional transformation programs and projects, ensuring timely and successful implementation. You will develop and maintain a prioritized roadmap with clear timelines, deliverables, and targets, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.

Your role includes leading the charity's continuous planning and delivery process, incorporating feedback loops, iterations, and evidence-based changes to ensure high-priority programs and projects are effectively executed, delivering business value and achieving strategic goals. You will develop StepChange's program and project management structures and processes, build strong relationships with business units and stakeholders, and manage program delivery with accurate reporting and governance.

Additionally, you will implement appropriate tooling to improve governance and reporting, lead your team to deliver high-quality work, and manage agile projects with multidisciplinary teams, including third-party technology providers. You will shape project needs into an iterative schedule for optimal resource allocation, actively manage risks and dependencies, and translate complex customer needs into digital deliverables. You will also ensure successful handover into operations and coach team members in agile and lean methodologies.
