You will oversee the full life cycle of multiple projects with values ranging from £100k to £5mill.


RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE…

  • Work on multiple projects at one time and showcase your ability to prioritise your workload
  • Lead new building and listed building projects through the full construction cycle
  • Plan, manage and coordinate projects in line with the governance applied
  • Report to the Senior Project Manager on all projects
  • Ensure projects are managed to the dates and costs on the schedule of projects
  • Manage stakeholder relationships
  • Managing the full life cycle projects from design, pre-construction, procurement, construction and project closure.
  • Presenting designs and project progress to the client, customers and end users
  • Work with the supply chain to develop projects from the early phases of a project (Project Scoping through the RIBA phases to RIBA 7)
  • Writing scope and agreeing this with the clients and customers
  • Reporting to the Client and customers on project progress, issues, risk and opportunities.


ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS…

  • Must be willing to work on site in Buckinghamshire.
  • Must have a background in Construction, Mechanical, Electrical or Civils
  • Hold a CSCS Card
  • Hold a valid SMSTS qualification
  • Health and Safety, either IOSH or NEBOSH
  • Must hold active High Level Security Clearance Or recently lapsed High Level Security Clearance
  • Must be a UK Sole National and be prepared to undergo any further clearance process.
  • Exceptional communication skills as you will need to interface with clients, sub-contractors, designers and customer as well as other building occupants and military personnel.
  • Exceptional organisational skills as you will be managing multiple construction projects
  • A can do attitude and be prepared to support the wider delivery team
  • Must have an understanding of the RIBA phases
  • Excellent commercial awareness and experience of managing a supply chain.
