We are looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to join our sales team.


As a Sales Consultant, we are looking for a team player with drive and enthusiasm who it passionate about helping customers to find their dream home.


Are you the successful candidate we are looking for?

If so, you will be required to:

- Work from our Green Hills development in Blackburn Thursday-Monday 10am-5pm

- Greet customers and discuss their needs and have excellent customer service skills

- Get to know and become familiar with our excellent range of house types and the floor plans available

- Know the home-buying process and be familiar with selling new-builds

- Take buyers through the customer journey from viewing the show homes to taking a reservation to handing over the keys

- Keep in contact with our in-house sales progressor to provide updates where necessary

- Work as part of the sales team but you will be working alone from your sales centre

- Be responsible for sales area presentation

- Be organised

- Be confident at using IT and willing to learn systems

- Have COINS experience- not compulsory


The role will involve dealing with a wide variety of people in sometimes sensitive situations, therefore good customer service skills are essential. You will also need to possess a valid driving licence for the UK.


Salary is negotiable dependent on experience plus a commission scheme.


Working hours for the role are Thursday-Monday 10.00AM to 5:00PM. Your annual leave allowance will be a total of 33 days inclusive of bank holidays.


Only candidates who have previous sales and/or customer service experience will be considered. You will be contacted by one of the company directors and asked to come in for a face to face interview where you will have the opportunity to ask any questions.
