About the Role

Fawkes and Reece is seeking a highly motivated Sales Consultant to join their sales team in the Lancashire region. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of the sales process, from initial customer contact to closing deals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Provide expert knowledge of Fawkes and Reece's products and services, highlighting features and benefits.
  • Ensure all administrative and reporting requirements are met, including maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in property sales and customer service.
  • Strong knowledge of the house building industry and sales processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
