Experience in Hospitality is preferrable
The Onboarding Coordinator role provides operational support for Onboarding programs.
The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, get-things-done professional who can operationalize processes, work well under pressure, and has a history of providing exceptional customer service.
They will exhibit great communication, teamwork, motivation, and an upbeat attitude. This person will be highly organized, productive, poised, and able to thrive in high-pressure, time-sensitive scenarios, and able to adapt to rapidly changing requirements. This role will focus on new hire experiences throughout their onboarding journey.
Their daily tasks will be connected to pre-start processes and onsite event support.
Qualifications
Requirements: Comfortable learning new tools and becoming an expert Strong written communication skills Customer service, communication and cross group collaboration skills Comfortable working through ambiguity and uncertainty in a fast paced, ever-changing work environment
Experience with project management and process improvement Strong time management, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task across concurrent projects is essential Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently Comfortable with public speaking and in a large event atmosphere MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access) Google Suite
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with employee onboarding/new hire experience Event experience desired Salesforce and LMS experience Bachelor's degree 3+ years of professional experience.
Top 3 must-have HARD skills:
• Interpersonal skills - heavily working with stakeholders and XFNs
• Strong attention to detail
• Event experience
Good to have skills:
• Comfortability with technology and systems.

Story Behind the Need
Business Group & Key Projects:
- The team executes event work for orientation for full time employees and bootcamp live
- Training orientation for engineers at client site for EMEA and APAC
- Pre event - admin tasks twice a month - offshore projects to support the program and the event.

- Start on Monday about 7am-7:30am to setup room
- Check emails and make sure the room is set up for orientation
- Check in for the events

- Managing event logistics and triaging when need be
Typical Day in the Role: Knowing when to escalate
- Re-set at the end of the day
- This happens Monday to Friday midday - long weeks
- Orientation runs Monday Tuesday
- Bootcamp Tuesday afternoon till Friday
- Happens twice a month. 1 week on 1 week off.
- CW will help with it all
- On an off week confirming logistics, scheduling speakers, flagging issues, assisting with tasks
- Assist with discovery projects the CW will have
