Tropicana Brands Group UK is now looking for The Naked and Copella Marketing Brand Manager.
Working as part of a relatively small and entrepreneurial brand and insights team, you’ll play a crucial role in growing two distinctive challenger brands ; helping to transform penetration, share, and brand equity and in turn drive financial growth.

Principle Accountabilities of the role :
- Lead the growth strategy for Copella, with full brand management responsibility and a focus on activation and renovation
- Own Copella's performance, working closely with insights team and category to be one step ahead on performance, drivers, and proactively recommending interventions & ensuring actionable insights are fed back into the business as required.
- Develop smart resourceful ways to drive talkability and trial of Copella in ways that generate outsized impact, with particular focus on PR and social media. You will also partner with the head of social and digital and the shopper marketing teams in the ideation and execution of cultural head-snap content moments for the brand.
- Support the innovation and renovation pipeline on Naked and Copella, with particular focus on distinctive propositions that build each brand's unique positioning
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure efficient use of resources and maximum impact of activities
This list covers the main duties you will undertake but other duties will be required and added to as
required to meet project and business needs. Flexibility to support the business is essential to the role.
The candidate successful in the role will :

- A great communicator both verbally and in written comms, able to land your key messages and win hearts and minds.
- You will be able to work well cross functionally. Essential in Tropicana Brands Group is the ability to work across teams with the outcome of winning and flying together.
- Highly curious, and consumer centric with natural passion for brands, taking a proactive interest in consumer trends and behaviour.
- You are wired for action, highly proactive, know when to move into execution & act with pace & willing to take some risks
- Experienced in managing multiple priorities and brands simultaneously
This role is based in Farringdon and it will be required to come to the office 3 days a week.
