Salary: £70,000 base + 100% OTE (Negotiable depending on experience)

The Role:

As the Senior Sales Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and leading a high-performing sales team. This is a hybrid role combining strategic leadership with hands-on sales, making it ideal for a player-coach who excels in both guiding and doing.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Inspire: Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, driving them to exceed revenue targets.
  • Revenue Generation: Actively contribute to the sales pipeline by engaging with key clients and prospects, developing strong relationships, and closing high-value deals.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals and drive sustained growth.
  • Performance Management: Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement training and development programs to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and executive teams to align sales efforts with overall business strategy and objectives.
  • Market Insight: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
