Job Overview:

As the Head of Security Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving our corporate sales strategy and achieving revenue targets. This position requires a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a proven track record in corporate sales leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the corporate sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing corporate sales team.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify new business guarding opportunities and drive the acquisition of corporate clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Analyse market trends and competitors to inform strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a security guarding sales leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Knowledge of the security guarding industry
  • Account Management/New Business Sales to Large Corporate Accounts in the security guarding sector
