This client is a pioneer in the Data management space connecting Data leaders across the globe on challenges in the industry and topics of interest providing a variety of information & content to other data leaders and enthusiasts in the space.
Responsibilities
- Prime responsibility will be to account manage a number of Corporate Accounts.
- You’ll be required to understand data leaders’ challenges and connect them with their peers from other major companies.
- You will ensure that existing members have ongoing engagement with the company's various propositions, through a regularly reviewed account plan, to facilitate membership renewals.
- This position requires you to build engagement with a senior network of data leader contacts, and their teams, maintain and manage relationships with subject matter experts, and assist with growing existing members’ revenues.
- You will be required to write up key findings to create valuable insights for our member community.
- You will use the insights gained through these, and other conversations to set the quarterly agenda for the various digital roundtables and meet ups
Requirements
- Relevant service, account management or sales experience from a Data SaaS, Data Consultancy industry background.
- B2B journalist or editor with the skill and aptitude to get deeply immersed in a specialist subject matter and communicate findings to business audiences.
- Excellent relationship building and networking skills (in person and virtually)
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills ideally with moderator experience
- Background in delivering membership services for professional or advisory organizations with high value corporate membership fees and offerings an advantage.
- Knowledge of the data and analytics landscape beneficial but not essential.
