Decommissioning Manager

This is an excellent Nuclear Decommissioning position, focused firmly on the line management of a growing decommissioning team. In this role, the Decommissioning Manager will use their knowledge of decommissioning planning, POCO planning and Hazard Identification to manage and lead a cutting-edge projects team and work on unique engineering challenges.


The Company

The Decommissioning Manager will join a leading organisation in the Nuclear industry whose decommissioning project team are based in Warrington. The Decommissioning Manager will contribute to a supportive team environment, which rewards hard work and innovative thinking. The current work pattern in place is 2 days in the office, with some travel to other sites.

What’s Required?

The Ideal candidate for the Decommissioning Manager role will have some of the following:

  • Substantial experience of working within the nuclear industry.
  • Experience of working on decommissioning projects is required.
  • An Engineering/Science Degree in a relevant Discipline (Nuclear, D&D, Chemical, Process or Mechanical)
  • Previous line management experience is preferred.
