A bit about the job:
As a Corporate Events Manager, you will be at the forefront of developing and delivering high-profile events, including Conferences, Business Entertaining, Exhibitions, Roadshows, and Award Ceremonies. This role is pivotal in enhancing relationships with both external audiences and internal employees, serving as a Brand Ambassador for the organisation. You will collaborate closely with senior colleagues across the business and be the public face of our brand at various events.
Your role will involve managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that each event is executed to the highest standard. You will be responsible for operational budgets, contract negotiation, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role demands creativity, innovation, and the ability to adapt to change while maintaining a broad business perspective. Significant experience within a major Corporate or event agency environment is essential, along with an understanding of our brands and culture.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- International experience within a Corporate or Events Agency environment
- Creative and innovative project management skills, with the ability to challenge the status quo and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Strong budget management, budget tracking and contract negotiation skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
- Ability to work flexibly, as required by event schedules.
