About the Role

As a Technical Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to the Commercial Manager, helping manage documentation, coordinate projects, and maintain accurate records. You will be involved in the day-to-day operations that keep our high-tech solutions on track and ensure effective communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing technical documentation, including updating and organizing files
  • Supporting project coordination and tracking milestones
  • Assisting with scheduling and communication between teams
  • Maintaining databases and generating reports
  • Providing general administrative support for technical teams, ensuring efficient processes

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Ideally educated to degree level or similar
  • Highly numerate.
  • Previous experience in a technical or high-tech environment is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and technical tools
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a high level of initiative
