Technical Administrator Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Technical Administrator to join our client's high-tech division of a global company.
About the Job
As a Technical Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to the Commercial Manager, helping manage documentation, coordinate projects, and maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage technical documentation, including updating and organizing files
- Support project coordination and tracking milestones
- Assist with scheduling and communication between teams
- Maintain databases and generate reports
- Provide general administrative support for technical teams, ensuring efficient processes
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Ideal education to degree level or similar
- Highly numerate
- Previous experience in a technical or high-tech environment is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and technical tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a high level of initiative
