About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment and Compliance Administrator to join our Recruitment team. The Recruitment and Compliance Administrator will support the team through the recruitment processes for our Associate Clinician flexi bank.
Principle duties and responsibilities will include but not limited to.
To work closely with external recruitment agencies and direct candidates, providing assistance and support throughout the Onboarding process.
Keeping recruitment agencies informed on current compliance needs for their candidates and any changes to the Onboarding process within the company (Locums).
To be the first point of contact for telephone and email enquiries from recruitment agencies and direct candidates after an offer has been accepted.
Undertaking all compliance in line with the requirements of the clinician group.
Monitor the recruitment/Compliance inbox.
Maintenance of compliance, ensuring all expiration dates are updated prior to expiring i.e, DBS checks, right to work checks and professional indemnity insurance renewal.
Ensuring right to work checks are carried out in accordance with the audit schedule
i.e, professional body, licence to practise checks with the GMC and HCPC.
Involvement with evolving the compliance processes
Person Specification
Experience of working within a recruitment or compliance role.
Excellent attention to detail.
Proactive and positive approach.
Understand the importance of attaining and upkeeping compliance documentation.
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, ability to prioritise workloads and manage different tasks at once.
Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a calm professional demeanour.
Committed to providing the best quality service and building relationships with external recruitment agencies.
Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal and the ability to communicate with diverse groups of individuals.
Able to establish and maintain productive professional relationships with colleagues.
