What You'll Do
As a Fitness to Practise Caseworker, you will:
- Investigate and manage less complex cases, liaising with complainants and drafting case plans.
- Collect and analyse evidence, including taking witness statements and instructing expert opinions.
- Provide administrative support to investigatory teams and professional committees.
- Maintain accurate case records and ensure timely responses to enquiries.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of efficient processes.
What We're Looking For
Essential Skills and Experience:
- A strong eye for detail and the ability to quality assure your work.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Sound judgement and decision-making abilities.
- Proven ability to manage sensitive information with diplomacy.
- Proficiency in IT and a minimum of 2 years of administrative experience.
