What You'll Do


As a Fitness to Practise Caseworker, you will:


  • Investigate and manage less complex cases, liaising with complainants and drafting case plans.
  • Collect and analyse evidence, including taking witness statements and instructing expert opinions.
  • Provide administrative support to investigatory teams and professional committees.
  • Maintain accurate case records and ensure timely responses to enquiries.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of efficient processes.


What We're Looking For


Essential Skills and Experience:


  • A strong eye for detail and the ability to quality assure your work.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Sound judgement and decision-making abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage sensitive information with diplomacy.
  • Proficiency in IT and a minimum of 2 years of administrative experience.
