Who you are
You are committed, resilient with the expertise and specialist knowledge to work alongside young people who have been exposed to or are at risk of exploitation or violence. Within your role as a Specialist Caseworker, you will provide support to young people to secure the safety and positive outcomes they want.
What the role involves
In this role, you will work alongside Girls and Young Women who have been exposed to or are at risk of exploitation or violence. Within your role as a Specialist Caseworker, you will provide support to young people to secure the safety and positive outcomes they want. You will be expected to provide robust risk and needs assessments that reflect the contexts within which harm has occurred, and to work collaboratively with partnership agencies to reduce risk and secure services and support.

- 4-day/32-hour work week. Since 1st April 2024, our client has transitioned to a 4 day working week with no impact on pay. This means that you will have a regular day off in the week with no impact on your pay.
- Agile working. This means you have will have the flexibility to work in different locations including from home, our client’s office and/or community locations (libraries/co-working spaces) when you are not delivering face to face work in the community.
