Are you a people person who thrives on creating exceptional experiences? We're looking for a Professional Concierge to join the Property Team of a leading luxury student accommodation provider. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and inclusive environment that values innovation and growth.

Position Details:

• Shift Pattern: 12-hour shifts from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM
• Schedule: 4-on-4-off rota, including weekends and bank holidays
• Location: Multiple sites across London
• Start Date: ASAP

What You'll Do: As the first point of contact, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our residents feel welcomed and supported. Your responsibilities will include:

• Resident Support: Addressing and resolving residents’ concerns with prompt, practical solutions.
• Parcel & Post Handling: Assisting residents with deliveries and queries.
• Resource Management: Managing the loaning of items like hoovers, fans, and ironing boards.
• Event Coordination: Collaborating with university partners to organize and run social events.
• Visitor Assistance: Supporting contractors, visitors, and university partners with their needs.
• Building Oversight: Conducting regular checks and logging observations to ensure the property is well-maintained.
• Room Inspections: Inspecting communal areas and residents' spaces, especially during check-outs.
• Team Support: Assisting in onboarding new team members and contributing to monthly team meetings.
• Safety & Compliance: Learning and adhering to processes that ensure safety and GDPR compliance.
• Emergency Response: Handling incidents and contacting emergency services when necessary.
