To support our growth, we are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive HR professional to join us as a Group Head of HR and Workforce Strategy.


Role Overview:

In this hands-on role, you will support the design and implementation of our HR strategy, while also managing day-to-day HR activities. You’ll partner with business leaders to enhance our talent strategy, workforce planning, and organizational development, ensuring HR initiatives align with our overall goals. This role is ideal for an HR professional looking to make a meaningful impact in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • HR Strategy Support: Contribute to developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the organization’s growth and evolving needs.
  • Talent Acquisition and Development: Oversee recruitment processes to attract top talent, with a focus on retention, succession planning, and professional development.
  • Workforce Planning: Collaborate with leaders to support workforce planning efforts, ensuring departments have the right talent and resources.
  • Employee Engagement: Implement engagement initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive culture, driving employee satisfaction and motivation.
  • Performance Management: Assist in developing and executing performance management processes, including support for coaching and development.
  • HR Operations: Oversee daily HR activities, such as employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Organizational Support: Assist in change management efforts, supporting teams through transformations, mergers, or organizational changes.
  • HR Data and Reporting: Use HR data and analytics to support decision-making and provide insights on workforce trends to leadership.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; CIPD Level 5 or above preferred.
  • 5+ years of HR experience, including exposure to strategic HR initiatives and hands-on HR operations.
  • Proven ability to support HR strategies within growing organizations, ideally with some experience in start-up or fast-paced settings.
  • Solid knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, and UK employment law.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working with colleagues across departments.
  • Proficiency with HRIS and basic data analysis.
