As we continue our rapid expansion, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team.
Position Overview:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving business development efforts to help Pega sell license deals to new clients (‘new logos’) by framing and selling the consulting services required to implement the solution for the customer.
We would also expect the Sales Executive to sell consulting services to both new and existing ai4process clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of Pega solutions, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven track record in sales, particularly in the consulting services and enterprise software domain.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to help Pega sell license deals to new clients across various industries, by framing and selling compelling consulting services proposals to new logos.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target potential clients, leveraging market research and industry trends.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, continuously identifying new prospects and nurturing existing leads.
2. Consulting Services Sales:
- Drive sales of consulting services solutions to both new and existing Pega and ai4process clients.
- Craft compelling consulting services propositions and proposals that address client needs and align with ai4process’s and Pega’s capabilities.
- Present and demonstrate the value of ai4process consulting services to clients, showcasing how these solutions can leverage Pega to optimise their business processes and outcomes.
3. Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders within client organisations, including C-level executives, IT leaders, and decision-makers.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and guidance on how ai4process are the right partner to develop Pega solutions that can drive their digital transformation objectives.
4. Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal ai4process teams, including marketing, consulting, and product development, to ensure alignment in sales strategies and client engagements.
- Work closely with Pega’s sales and partner teams to coordinate efforts in selling licenses and services, ensuring a seamless client experience.
5. Sales Process Management:
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing deals.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals, presentations, and sales materials tailored to client needs.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to management on progress against targets.
6. Market and Product Knowledge:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Pega products, consulting practices, and industry trends.
- Continuously develop expertise in Pega’s offerings and how they can be applied to solve complex business challenges.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the Pega ecosystem or a similar consulting and training environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of Pega solutions, with the ability to articulate their value proposition to clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
