This Senior UI Designer will be instrumental in crafting intuitive interfaces and transformative digital experiences. You will focus on mobile application design for a major sports project, aiming to enhance experience for fans.

Responsibilities:

  • UI Design: Develop user-centered interfaces, translating UX research into design layouts and systems.
  • Problem-Solving: Think conceptually and solve problems creatively, with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Deliverables: Create and document UI design concepts, prototypes, style guides, and visual assets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with XD, UI, Program Managers, and Developers to ensure design integrity and client satisfaction.
  • Mentorship: Coach and guide team members on various projects.
  • Client Relationships: Build strong client bonds and ensure timely, on-budget delivery of design solutions.
  • Business Development: Support new business and marketing initiatives.

Skills and Experience:

  • Software Skills: Proficiency in Axure, Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools.
  • Technology Knowledge: Understanding of front-end principles and back-end development feasibility.
  • Experience: 3-5+ years in industry or agency roles.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Art, Graphic Design, XD, or similar field. Certifications are a plus.
