About the Role:

As an Account Director, you’ll lead large, complex projects within a world-renowned agency that blends brand advertising, PR, and influence, all fueled by innovative thinking and behavioural science. While your focus will be on PR, you will work hand-in-hand with cross functional teams, to create seamless integrated campaigns, so an ability to build strong relationships, internally and with client stakeholders, is vital.


This isn't just a UK-focused role; it's a global one. You’ll be at the forefront of crafting stories that resonate both locally and internationally. Working across prestigious brands, you’ll bring your expertise in strategy, relationship-building, and creative problem-solving to deliver impact that breaks through the noise.


Your Impact:

You’ll work with major global and UK clients, including luxury alcohol brands and a mix of consumer household names. From overseeing influencer campaigns to curating high-profile events, your role is pivotal in connecting brands with culture. Your ability to stay ahead of trends and spot opportunities for brands to engage with consumers in innovative ways will set you apart. Whether it's tapping into the latest cultural moment or securing a partnership that elevates a brand’s presence, you’re the go-to person for creating influence on a global stage.


What You’ll Bring:


  • Cultural Curator: You’re deeply connected to what's cool and relevant, particularly in the luxury space. Whether it's advising on strategic moments or spotting new partnerships, your cultural insight helps brands stay ahead of the curve. You are comfortable and experienced at working with high level talent and influencers.
  • Global Mindset: You have experience working with international brands, understanding the nuances of different markets, and collaborating with cross-agency partners around the world. You’re equally comfortable navigating the UK media landscape as you are delivering global campaigns.
  • Strategic Vision: You understand the big picture and can translate business goals into actionable strategies. Your proven experience in managing high-profile talent and orchestrating press and influencer events demonstrates your ability to bring bold ideas to life.
  • Creative Problem Solver: You’re not afraid to think differently. Whether it's finding new angles on a brief or improving internal processes, you bring fresh ideas and innovative solutions to the table. Your approach is always focused on delivering exceptional results for clients.
