Job Title: Community Mental Health Nurse – Older Adults


Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for a Band 6 RMN to join the Older Adults Community Mental Health Team in Bamber Bridge. This is a full-time role, offering a competitive hourly rate and the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of older adults with varying mental health issues, co-morbidities, and complex presentations.
  • Conduct assessments, reviews, interventions, and complete discharges with accurate documentation.
  • Administer depot injections and utilise RiO documentation proficiently.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary reviews in the community and inpatient settings under the Mental Health Act.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies to ensure comprehensive patient care.


Position Details:

  • Location: Bamber Bridge
  • Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Contract Duration: ASAP – 28/03/2025
  • Rate: £25.00 per hour
  • Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available


Requirements:

  • Valid RMN qualification with current NMC registration.
  • Experience working with older adults in a community mental health setting.
  • Proficiency in using RiO documentation.
  • Strong assessment, intervention, and care planning skills.
