The Growth Director / Head of Growth / Director of Growth will work with the C-suite and have responsibility for the growth of a new, separate B2B2C product line, with a key focus being increasing the product stickiness, customer usage & user engagement.


Having established PMF and with a strong pipeline of customers, the Growth Director / Head of Growth / Director of Growth will have overall responsibility for the product's usage, app design, content & revenue growth to take it from early adopter to mainstream.


Key objectives for the Growth Director / Head of Growth / Director of Growth will be:


·Customer usage, engagement & advocacy

·Growth strategy

·Management of the P&L, including contribution to ARR


The Growth Director / Head of Growth / Director of Growth must have:


·Experience in a product growth role, ideally taking an early stage product to mainstream

·Managed direct reports

·Prior experience in some sort of product management role and a good understanding of the fundamentals of product management

·Strong analytic skills and an obsession with the customer experience


The successful candidate could be in a product role for a PLG org, or a similar growth role. Experience with user centric products is essential, B2C or B2B2C would be advantageous.
