The Opportunity

We're offering nurses the chance to become trainers for our excellent care company. As our new Clinical Training Manager, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the skills and knowledge of our care staff. Don't worry if you're new to training – we'll provide full support to help you transition into this role, and our comprehensive training content is already established.


Work-Life Balance

We understand the importance of a healthy work-life balance. This role operates on a Monday to Friday schedule, with no evening or weekend work required.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality training to our care staff, using our established content
  • Work closely with our team to ensure consistent, top-notch training across all branches
  • Oversee and manage the training schedule
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards
  • Collaborate with various departments to refine and improve our training resources
  • Travel to our branches in Whalley, Liverpool, and Chester to provide on-site training and support


What We're Looking For:

  • Registered nurse with a current NMC PIN
  • Passion for education and skill development
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and think innovatively
  • Leadership qualities and the ability to inspire others
  • Willingness to travel regularly to our branches in Whalley, Liverpool, and Chester


Desirable Qualifications:

We will provide the necessary training if you don't have these

  • Teaching qualification
  • PG Cert in Higher Education
  • MA or MSc in Higher Education or a Clinical Specialist Role
