Sales Director

Blair West is supporting Nôsa, a part of the Leader Online group aspires to be a leading lifestyle brand providing luxury bathrooms, furniture, homewares, fixtures and fittings to beautiful homes and aspirational hotels across the world. The company will be synonymous with exceptional quality and value, flawless craftsmanship and a signature style of modern elegance, coupled with an unparalleled customer service.
This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious candidate to influence the strategic direction of Nôsa at an early stage, with the possibility to lead spin-out of Nôsa at the appropriate point and build a management team to drive a future exit.
The opportunity:
- Overall strategic direction of the brand to drive strong sales growth.
- Responsible for Sales, Marketing, NPD and Supply Chain.
- Oversee day-to-day operations.
- Maintain budgets and optimize expenses.
- Oversee recruitment and training of new employees.
- Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance.
You'll be the ideal candidate for this position if you have:
- Proven experience as in a commercial/sales or other relevant role.
- Experience in retail and or Manufacturing of a Luxury product.
- It will require someone to role their sleeves up and get stuck in, given the existing sales team left with the consultant.
- Experience working in a scale up environment.
- Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
