Our client is a large, successful, national organisation and well-known household name. Due to an exciting period of growth, they are now looking for an experienced Employee Relations Case Manager to join their HR team.


As Employee Relations Case Manager you will report into the Head of HR Shared Services and will form part of the wider Employee Relations team where you will support the business on a range of initiatives around employee relations, policy improvement, diversity, and inclusion. An experienced candidate you will take the lead on rolling out the employee relations strategy and creating a positive employee relations climate that supports employee safety, capability, and engagement. You will provide a proactive advisory and consultancy service to managers across the business on a wide range of issue and will act as the escalation point for providing expert advice and guidance to the business on complex or high-risk cases for all types of employee relations, whilst working closely with leaders across the organisation to coach and influence them ensuring decisions are made in line with legislation.


An experienced and motivational manager with a real passion for employee relations, you will have a proven track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, driving change and improving efficiencies ideally gained from your time within a large, fast paced, multi-site organisation.
