Well established contractor with offices in both the UK and Europe, priding themselves on winning repeat business with their clients, they operate across a number of sectors including: Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare, Residential, Restoration and Refurbishment.
Your new role
Working on a large residential development in Cambridge, our client requires an Internals Site Manager to oversee the completion of one of the blocks.
As part of the role you will be required to manage one of the blocks of apartments from 1st fix through to final handover. This will include overseeing Drylining, Carpentry and M&E packages.
Key roles include:
- Carrying out QA inspections
- Ensuring all works are carried out to the required specifications and standards
- Hold regular sub-contractor meetings
- Health and Safety on site
Previous experience in a similar role, in particular dealing with internals
CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid
