Responsibilities include:
• Answering incoming calls and making outbound calls to customers
• Booking appointments for MOTs, services, and Vehicle Health Check follow-ups
• Ensuring service department lead times are met
• Monitoring customer satisfaction and addressing any issues
• Maintaining accurate records in the customer database
• Promoting relevant products and services to customers
• Maximising revenue generating opportunities
• Delivering a positive customer experience
• Prioritising daily tasks and multitasking effectively
• Understanding and meeting customer needs and expectations
• Problem-solving and using own initiative
• Being punctual and reliable
• Working well as part of a team
• Goal-oriented and passionate about customer service.

Overall, the Contact Centre Advisor will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting revenue growth for the Group.

Reporting to the Contact Centre Manager, you will continually monitor customer satisfaction to identify and address any issues, and ensure accurate records are maintained by regularly cleansing and updating the customer database. The Contact Centre Advisor will promote relevant products and services to customers, maximising revenue generating opportunities, whilst always delivering a positive customer experience.
