This is an exciting opportunity to take on an influential role in the events team at a dynamic and entrepreneurial media and publishing business specialising in the legal sector.


As the Event Coordinator, you’ll manage the planning and delivery of their global events portfolio, specifically focusing on the delivery of conferences and drinks receptions. This role demands high accuracy, exceptional organisation and the ability to juggle multiple events, interacting with both internal and external stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Plan and manage logistics for a high volume of conferences and drinks receptions.
  • Create project plans and set deadlines with other departments.
  • Lead communications, handling queries from delegates, speakers, sponsors and colleagues.
  • Research and manage events budgets, ensuring all events are delivered within budget.
  • Coordinate event materials, oversee branding and manage attendee communication.
  • Conduct post-event de-brief and analysis


Essential:


  • Proven experience in independently directing projects and supporting team efforts
  • Adaptable, enthusiastic team player with excellent organisational skills
  • Attention to detail, creativity and the ability to work under pressure
  • Minimum 2 years of event planning and delivery experience
