Role Overview:

We’re seeking a dynamic and resourceful PR & Marketing Manager to enhance our clients brand visibility and reputation through strategic PR and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience managing media relations, crafting compelling content, press materials, and effectively driving PR & Marketing campaigns. This role is flexible, accommodating candidates from mid-level to senior, based on experience. Importantly we seek someone able to be strategic and equally happy to be hands on. Someone ambitious and driven suits this role.

As the PR & Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in shaping our client’s public image & brand identity, bringing their vision and brand to life for a wider audience. You will report directly to the CEO and collaborate with various team members to ensure cohesive messaging and brand representation.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with media contacts, including fashion editors, journalists, and influencers. Press Materials: Create and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR & Marketing materials that effectively communicate the brands story and identity. Marketing Calendar & Campaign Management: Plan and execute PR & Marketing campaigns to promote new product launches and brand initiatives.Event Coordination: Organise and oversee press events and other promotional activities to generate select media coverage and public interest. Monitoring & Reporting: Track media coverage, analyse PR & Marketing campaign performance, and report on key metrics to the CEO. Content Collaboration: Collaborate with the social and creative team members to align PR & Marketing efforts with broader marketing strategies and content plans. Brand Advocacy: Act as a brand ambassador, representing the business events and networking opportunities. Social media: Support social media efforts by collaborating on content creation and leveraging PR & Marketing opportunities to boost online engagement.

Qualifications:

Minimum 4-5 years of experience in PR and Marketing, gained within the luxury fashion or accessories industry. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an art for storytelling and crafting engaging press materials & content. Media Savvy: Strong understanding of the media landscape, including digital and traditional outlets. Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment. Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with media contacts and industry influencers. Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic PR & Marketing plans that align with overall business objectives.

• Educated to Degree level.

• Proven success in developing and executing marketing and public relations strategies.

• Strong understanding of media relations and digital marketing, including social media, and content marketing.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to craft compelling stories and messages.

Work Environment:

• This position is office-based in London 4 days a wk, 1 day remote. The position may require travel for media engagements, events, and meetings with partners. The PR & Marketing Manager should expect to work outside of traditional business hours as needed to support events as required.

• Working collaboratively in a small team environment, you will be encouraged to contribute your ideas and energy to the general activities of the business and given the opportunity to share in its success.
