Senior/Principle Talent Scout

Peaple Talent is a specialist recruitment firm operating in the UK's technology, data, renewables, and engineering markets. Due to our continued success, we want to grow our Talent Scout team across all our practice area.


You will be responsible for delivering on assignments from our clients, finding them the best talent. You will be given a vertical and market to focus on, allowing you to become a true specialist.

Our commission scheme is margin-linked, meaning your earning potential is in your power. In addition, we believe in a tight-knit, non-corporate culture, championing a casual dress code, regular socials, early Friday finishes, and lots more, including 2 office dogs.

As part of a successful team, you will help nurture and grow your vertical market from a candidate perspective. You will become fully immersed in your market, able to hunt the best talent and offer brilliant advice and insight.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Developing and nurturing candidate relationships
  • Organise and direct headhunting activity
  • Be a role model for the business and your team
  • Produce brilliant written marketing content
  • Be approachable and encourage collaborative learning, and also working


Remuneration and benefits include:

  • £25,000 to £45,000 base salary plus uncapped commission
  • Up to 40% commission paid monthly with no threshold
  • Quarterly on target and exceed bonuses
  • Anual on target and exceed bonus
  • Fast-track career progression with training and support provided throughout your career path
  • We offer flexible working / parental leave / leave for sports clubs etc
  • Regular socials include clay pigeon shooting, pottery painting, nights out, laser quest, and bowling.
