As a global leader in test and measurement solutions, our client, with an impressive customer base spanning over 60 countries, is seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to join their expanding team in Linlithgow, Scotland, conveniently located just outside Edinburgh.

Responsibsilities:

  • Be the face of the company to customers and partners across EMEA, building relationships and driving sales.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop winning sales strategies, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools to succeed.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities, nurturing leads and managing a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and trials, showcasing the value of the company's solutions.
  • Be a technical expert, providing support to customers and partners, answering queries, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Become a trusted advisor, understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions that deliver results.
  • Travel extensively throughout your assigned region to meet with customers, attend industry events, and represent the company.

Package:

  • £25k basic, with OTE taking your package up to £32.5k

Requirements:

  • A recent graduate (preferably in Engineering)
  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to grasp complex concepts quickly.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decisions.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel extensively
