Are you a creative and strategic content expert looking to make an impact in the social media space? We are seeking a talented Content & Social Manager to take the lead in driving our brand’s digital presence and grow our community across multiple channels.


This role covers the Italian brands of Various Eateries with a focus on the NOCI brand. We serve modern pasta, small plates and spritzes in stylish neighbourhood restaurants. We currently have four sites across London with plans to expand further.


The Social & Content Manager is responsible for creating bold content, growing our social channels, Meta ads and influencer management. There is a lot of creative freedom to stand out in a crowded market.


Reporting to the Head of Marketing and working alongside a Digital Manager and Designer, the job is hybrid with 2-3 days in our office overlooking Borough market and visiting sites.

The role


Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and manage quarterly/monthly communication and promotional plans across social platforms, Meta ads, and influencer collaborations.
  • Lead the project roadmap, including growth-driving campaigns, launching on TikTok, and developing a brand ambassador program.
  • Manage the brand's positioning and reputation across all relevant social channels.
  • Craft content strategies tailored to different audience segments (families, vegans, etc.) based on their journey with the brand.
  • Oversee social media budget management and spending.
  • Monitor and analyse competitor activity for actionable insights.


Organic Social:

  • Take ownership of key channels, posting content on Instagram and driving the TikTok launch.
  • Focus on growth across social media channels—building follower numbers and boosting engagement.
  • Leverage social media to achieve business objectives like driving bookings and email sign-ups.
  • Handle community management by responding to inquiries and engaging with followers in a timely manner.


Content Creation:

  • Capture engaging photos and videos on-site, showcasing new menus, campaigns, and ongoing activities.
  • Edit short-form videos for various social platforms to drive engagement.


Influencers:

  • Manage the influencer strategy and associated budgets.
  • Source influencers at different levels from various categories for collaboration opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a brand ambassador program.
  • Oversee day-to-day influencer relationships and execute influencer events.


Meta Ads:

  • Create and manage Meta ads to drive awareness, increase sales, and grow email sign-ups.
  • Collaborate with the digital manager for technical ad setup.
  • Repurpose influencer and customer content for use in Meta ads.


Reporting & Analysis:

  • Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on ongoing social media and influencer campaigns.
  • Demonstrate the commercial impact of organic social and influencer strategies.
  • Implement tracking and optimisation programs to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the digital manager to build a holistic view of how social media impacts wider business goals.
  • Share customer feedback gathered via social media channels to inform future strategies.


About you


  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Strong knowledge of key social platforms including Instagram and TikTok.
  • Hands-on experience with influencer marketing and brand collaborations.
  • Excellent community management skills.
  • A creative eye for content, with the ability to shoot and edit photos and videos.
  • Ability to manage budgets and analyse the effectiveness of campaigns.
