This role as a Senior Content Manager EMEA involves building and executing a content marketing strategy across social media, websites, and digital platforms, with the goal of boosting brand visibility and engagement throughout Europe. Here’s a summary of key responsibilities and expectations:


Core Responsibilities:

Content Marketing Strategy:

  • Develop and drive the content strategy across Europe, focusing on social platforms and digital channels.
  • Align content efforts with brand plans and ensure seamless collaboration with other departments.
  • Manage and optimize the website as a content hub, including CRM and SEO initiatives.

Creativity & Innovation:

  • Lead with creative ideas, bringing bold, standout marketing concepts to life.
  • Innovate social and influencer marketing strategies, finding unique ways to amplify brand initiatives and disrupt traditional approaches.

Social Media & Influencer Management:

  • Oversee the Social Media Manager and freelancers across Europe to grow the social presence (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn).
  • Manage community interactions, seek stunt opportunities, and maintain brand voice across platforms.
  • Supervise influencer partnerships and grassroots seeding initiatives to build strong brand advocacy.

Collaboration & Brand Alignment:

  • Act as a key representative for brand consistency in all digital and content initiatives.
  • Work closely with the Trade Marketing Manager to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and maintain a strong online presence.

Performance Measurement:

  • Define and track KPIs for content performance, delivering clear, data-driven monthly reports.
  • Optimize budgets and provide recommendations to maximize the impact of investments.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • 4+ years in content marketing or growth roles (brand, creative agency, or DTC).
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to ensure alignment with brand and creative teams.
  • Deep understanding of social media trends, consumer preferences, and long-term brand-building strategies.
  • Leadership abilities to guide a team and innovate in a dynamic market.
  • Proficient in MS 365 Suite and knowledgeable about legal regulations for online content.
