For this job you'll spend at least two days per week, or if part time you'll spend 40% of your working time, based at our London office. What you’ll be doing
- Providing full diary management including appointment/meeting arrangements (reprioritising as needed) complex international travel and accommodation schedules and booking and overall forward planning.
- Providing support with communications, events, general logistics (such as room/venue booking) and ad hoc requests where required.
- Supporting with the onboarding of new members of the leadership teams.
- Managing monthly expenses, invoices and HR administration.
- Maintaining up to date organisational material (e.g., structure charts) and Teams sites.
- Providing a highly professional, proactive service, with incredibly high standards, flexibility, agility, integrity and discretion.
- Managing information flow both timely and accurately.
- Reviewing and formatting information for internal and external meetings/communications as required.
About you
As a minimum you will:
- Have previous recent secretarial / PA experience (supporting at an executive level)
- Possess highly developed organisational, prioritisation and problem-solving skills
- Have a highly professional approach
- Have attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Able to reprioritise across a wide range of activities.
- Be self-motivated, proactive and able to work on own initiative
- Be well versed with Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
