The Role

As a Strategist, you'll be part of a growing Social/Influencer Division, working closely with a knowledgeable and ambitious Director and playing a key role in shaping the campaigns for a growing social / influencer team.


Leading conversations with clients, taking briefs, drawing insights and responding accordingly with strategies that drive measurable results.


The team you're working with has bags of enthusiasm and knowledge (some of them are influencers in their own right), so you'll need to channel that, making sure it's being guided in the right direction for each client and audience.


We would like if possible for this person to be based 3 days a week in the Maidenhead office to allow the role to flourish - building relationships with people in person and positioning yourself and an aspiring leader within the business.



Requirements

  • A Strategist with demonstrable experience in creating high-profile social and influencer campaigns.
  • Someone analytical and curious with the ability to take complex information and translate it into simple and effective insights that guide campaign development.
  • A Strategist who enjoys drawing insights from credible data sources and finding logical, effective solutions to client briefs.
  • Someone passionate about Social Media and Influencer Marketing with a strong understanding of current trends, innovation and channel strategy.
  • A team leader who will relish working with ambitious and highly competent juniors to guide them and develop their skill sets.
  • Someone who is going to be excited to be part of a growing team and to work closely with driven leaders who are fostering a high-achieving environment.
  • We are looking for an established Strategist with experience leading client comms in the social/influencer space, taking briefs from clients directly and going back with inspiring solutions.

Salary: £45,000 to £55,000
