A key member of the New Business leadership team, you will own and drive the recruitment and onboarding of new starters, conduct ongoing coaching with your team, and support the wider Inside Sales leadership team with the day-to-day running and management of our Inside Sales team. You will have previous experience in an Inside Sales department, but we will support you and offer a clear progression plan, meaning that you will understand what it takes to be a high performer in Health Assured and how you can achieve your career goals with us. On a day-to-day basis, you will take responsibility for the development and management of our Business Sales Consultants, our name for SDRs, who make appointments on a daily basis for our internal BDM/AEs to attend.


day to day responsibilities

  1. Motivate and drive the performance of a team of 15+ Business Sales Consultants
  2. Complete daily quality checks, live coaching, and feedback sessions with the team to ensure that the standard of calls is excellent.
  3. To review team performance daily and support the team individually and as a whole, with ongoing coaching and support to improve performance and ensure that targets are achieved.
  4. To monitor daily activity from the team. Support any team members underperforming to ensure that the team are hitting minimum KPI’s and conduct monthly 1 to 1’s to review performance.
  5. Plan for the week/month ahead based on current issues and analysis of the previous week/month’s stats
  6. Continue to develop knowledge of the products and services being offered by Health Assured. You will need a working knowledge of the wellbeing/EAP industry and to keep up to date with competition to implement the sales strategy effectively.
  7. Create sales reports to monitor performance and quality scores.
  8. Continually review the processes used & suggest improvements as needed
