Adoreboard's platform uses natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning techniques to analyse text data, such as customer reviews, social media comments, and other forms of textual feedback. By understanding the emotions expressed in these texts, businesses can gain insights into customer sentiment, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to enhance the overall customer experience.


Job Summary

As a Demand Generation Growth Marketer for Adoreboard you will be responsible for developing, executing and optimising strategies to drive qualified leads and to help support our sales teams revenue goals. You will help plan and manage multi-channel campaigns, design lead generation programs and collaborate cross functionally to ensure alignment with business objectives.



Responsibilities

  • Demand Generation and Campaign Strategy: You will help develop and implement comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive awareness and engagement. You will help to manage and optimise media campaigns and conduct testing to analyse and improve campaign performance, particularly on social media (LinkedIn).
  • Support: You will provide support on-demand and live webinars, podcasts and live events and help to create engaging content to attract viewers to these events.
  • Lead Nurturing and Marketing Automation: Develop and nurture funnels, configure and set up marketing automations across various platforms and CRM (Hubspot). Help to create landing pages on WordPress to target specific audiences.
  • Data Analysis and Optimisation: Gather and analyse data to help identify growth opportunities and optimise marketing strategies. Monitor and report on data findings such as MQLs, leads and retention.
  • Budget Management: manage demand generation budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximise ROI. Monitor and adjust spending as necessary to stay within budget while achieving objectives.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with sales and customer success to ensure aligned messaging, goals and process optimisation. Collaborate with other marketing team members to ensure messaging and branding is consistent across all activities.
  • Other: you may be required to take on additional responsibilities as requested by your manager.




Skills / Abilities / Qualifications:

  • 5 + years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing
  • Experience working in B2B with a proven track record in lead generation, focusing on mid-market and enterprise segments, ideally with ICP in sales, marketing and customer success.
  • Proficient in microsoft office applications especially excel.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Extensive experience with marketing tools such as CRM and CMS platforms (Hubspot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics and Wordpress) with specific experience in email marketing.
  • Experience in LinkedIn social media and paid marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in implemented tracking tags, scripts, integrations and APIs
  • Have a strong ability to operate independently with ability to work cross functionally when needed.
  • Innovative thinker with a sales and growth mindset
