About the role:

The Facilities Assistant will assist the Facilities Team Manager in maintaining top-quality facilities and administration for client needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Catering: Order and replenish kitchen stock.
  • Toners: Replace toners, coordinate with Ethos for deliveries, and update printer records.
  • Reception/Meeting Rooms: Set up meeting rooms, stock reception/kitchen areas, and liaise on equipment needs (e.g., podiums, flipcharts).
  • Building Services/Health & Safety: Report and follow up on maintenance issues, manage staff passes, and assist with Health & Safety tours.
  • Photocopying/Printing/Scanning: Complete staff requests, maintain copiers, manage toners, and coordinate repairs.
  • Archiving: Assist with orders, emails, and deliveries.


About you:

  • Prior experience in professional services/facilities is required.
  • Strong communication, self-motivation, and teamwork skills.
  • Attention to detail, multi-tasking ability, and proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
  • Flexibility for occasional work outside standard hours.
