Strategy Manager

One of Carbon60's clients are seeking a Strategy Manager – Market Intelligence to join our team in leading key initiatives within the aircraft MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) company. This role involves influencing critical business decisions through data-driven insights, working across functions, and presenting findings to senior leadership.
Strategy Manager – Market Intelligence
Location: Hayes, UK (Remote with visits to site occasionally)
Permanent role
Key Responsibilities:
•Gather and analyse data on market trends, competitors, customer insights, and industry news to drive strategic decisions.
•Stay updated on developments within aviation, MRO, and manufacturing sectors.
•Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for business growth.
•Develop and present market trend insights to C-level executives.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute business strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and company performance.
•Support ACS (Aircraft Component Services) product development with market intelligence insights.
•Lead and manage strategic projects, ensuring alignment with company goals, on-time delivery, and budget adherence.
•Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive collaboration and influence decisions.
•Travel to Germany once or twice a month.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Aviation Management, Engineering, or related field (MBA a plus).
•At least 3 years’ experience in market intelligence, project management, or business development within the aviation industry or MRO/manufacturing environments.
•Strong understanding of aviation market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
•Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present to C-level executives.
•Solid project management skills, capable of leading cross-functional initiatives.
•Proficient in English; fluency in an additional language (preferably German) is a plus.
