Miryco Consultants is working with a prestigious London broker to find an IBA Manager to join their team.


Sitting within the Insurance Broker Accounts (IBA) team, this role is a great opportunity for an analytical individual to handle the reconciliation and management of client money.


Responsibilities:

  • Support the management of the IBA team, collaborating with the Senior Manager.
  • Oversee new credit requests and perform client credit checks.
  • Liaise with clients and insurance underwriters.
  • Negotiate payment plans and approve payment requests.
  • Responding to client inquiries.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, ideally in finance, accounting, or similar.
  • Understanding of FSA client money rules within insurance.
  • Understanding of the complexities of loans, payment plans, and interest rates.
  • Experience with software like Power BI and A4B.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to deal with problematic clients.


Location: London, hybrid
